Processing Time
We process all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Apparel Orders (Printful/Printify): Processing and printing typically take 2–5 business days before shipping.

Fabrication Orders (In-House): Custom metalwork, parts, or made-to-order items are typically ready to ship within 5–10 business days, depending on workload and material availability.
If your order includes both apparel and fabrication items, they may ship separately from different locations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address, item weight, and chosen carrier.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

U.S. Apparel Orders: 3–7 business days

U.S. Fabrication Orders: 3–10 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays.
Shipping Partners
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments.
Apparel orders are shipped directly by Printful or Printify from their fulfillment centers.
Fabrication products are shipped directly from our Florida shop.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Custom Fabrication Orders
Each fabrication piece is made to order and built according to the specifications provided at purchase.
Because these products are custom-made, shipping may take longer than standard items, and returns are not accepted unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
We will notify you of the estimated ship date once fabrication begins.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at [your email address] — we may be able to make special arrangements.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received the package.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We’re happy to assist in providing documentation or tracking information to help with your claim.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
