At JXN Fabrication, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at jxnfabricationfl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

• No restocking fees apply to any returns.

Final Sale Items

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom, personalized, or clearance items are considered final sale.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
